Account Deletion Policy:
We understand that you may wish to delete your account for various reasons. To request the deletion of
your Palatar account, please send an email to care@palatar.com with the subject line "Account Deletion
Request" and include the following information:
Your full name and registered email address, email must be sent from the registered accounts email
address.
A brief reason for your account deletion request (optional, but appreciated as it helps us improve our
platform)
Upon receiving your request, our Support Team will verify your identity and initiate the account
deletion process. Please note that this process may take up to 7 business days to complete. Once your
account is deleted, all associated data, including gaming history, achievements, and personal
information, will be permanently removed from our system.
